Coaches,Trainers, Managers - VSC (Muskoka Rock Minor Hockey)

As of the 2024/25 season, the OHF is centralizing the VSC process for Rostered Volunteers. Instructions for the new process are as follows (or can be downloadedhere):

Who Needs an OHF VSC:

Any and all rostered volunteers of Muskoka Rock, which includes coaches, trainers and managers, are required to obtain a VSC through the OHF process. Note that there is no cost to receive a VSC from the OPP as a coach/trainer/manager.

VSC Process for Coaches and Trainers:

1. Download and complete the OHF VSC letter: OHF Letter Requesting Vulnerable Sector Check


2. Apply for a VSC through the OPP with your completed OHF VSC letter here.
   
   Step three does not need to be started until you receive your VCS from the OPP.


3. Register for a VSC through the OHF: go here and login using your Spordle login credentials.

4. Download and complete the OHF Screening form: OHF Screening Declaration Form


5. Submit your VSC and Screening Form: go here
   
   To complete this step, you need your HCR number and two documents: your VSC from the OPP and your completed OHF Screening form.
